Motor Carrier Authority "Silver Package" 

 

is a legal requirement for companies operating commercial vehicles in the United States. This authority is granted by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and is necessary for businesses engaged in interstate commerce. It allows carriers to operate legally and safely in compliance with federal regulations. To obtain Motor Carrier Authority, companies must submit an application and fulfill certain requirements such as insurance coverage, safety standards, and financial responsibility. Without this authority, a carrier may face penalties or be forced to cease operations

Our agents will be responsible for the application submission and monitoring for each of the following applications. Clients insurance carrier will be responsible for verification and submitting current policy information to RMIS.
