Motor Carrier Authority "Silver Package" 

 

is a legal requirement for companies operating commercial vehicles in the United States. This authority is granted by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and is necessary for businesses engaged in interstate commerce. It allows carriers to operate legally and safely in compliance with federal regulations. To obtain Motor Carrier Authority, companies must submit an application and fulfill certain requirements such as insurance coverage, safety standards, and financial responsibility. Without this authority, a carrier may face penalties or be forced to cease operations.

Includes:

  • *Completed or Updated MCS 150 (USDOT Number)

  • *Completed OP-1 (MC Number)

  • *BOC3, Required List of Process Agents (What is the BOC3 ?)

  • *Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) for up to 2 trucks
